Contract | Night Shift | 36–48 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
Preferred Experience / Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Prior acute care facility experience
