Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered at the unit level
Monitor and support competency of clinical staff
Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining care standards and operational goals
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
Experience with clinical staff supervision and care delegation
