Provide comprehensive obstetric nursing care for patients from 20 weeks gestation through 6 weeks postpartum
Deliver skilled nursing care across Labor and Delivery rooms, OB Triage, OB Operating Rooms, and OB PACU
Perform continuous electronic fetal monitoring and interpret findings to support clinical decision-making
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and family-centered care throughout the birthing experience
Complete required orientation modules via online portal prior to start date
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of current Labor and Delivery RN experience
OB Triage experience required
Previous travel nursing experience required
Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license in hand at time of submission
Active fetal monitoring certification required: C-EFM preferred; AWHONN Intermediate accepted (C-EFM must be obtained if assignment reaches or exceeds one year)
Travelers must be available to work two of the three winter holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
C-EFM certification already obtained at time of submission
Experience working in a high-volume or expanded Labor and Delivery unit with modern obstetric technology
