Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients in a high-volume, acute care environment
- Monitor and manage care for premature infants as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with a team of physicians to deliver safe, patient-centered obstetric care
- Apply Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) protocols and skills in clinical practice
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification required
- Active driver's license required at time of submission
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- RNC (Registered Nurse Certified) certification in a relevant specialty preferred
- Experience working in a Trauma Level II facility
- Prior experience with premature infant care and high-acuity Labor and Delivery settings
