Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Labor and Delivery unit managing approximately 175 cases per month
Circulate C-Sections as required
Care for patients across labor, antepartum, recovery, and couplet stages
Maintain a 1:2 patient ratio in a Level III Trauma environment
Float to Mother/Baby or serve as a sitter task RN to other units as needed
Participate in weekend and holiday rotation; voluntary on-call availability
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of current Labor and Delivery experience
Ability to circulate C-Sections
Advanced NRP certification required
Current ACLS certification required
Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in antepartum and postpartum/couplet care
Comfort with floating to Mother/Baby units or serving in a sitter task RN capacity
