    Contract | Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts, 19:00–07:30) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide high-risk perinatal care within a Level III unit encompassing labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, triage, and OR settings
    • Maintain staffing ratios of 1:1 in labor, 1:2–3 in antepartum, and 1:3 couplets in postpartum with CNA support
    • Perform and document sterile vaginal exams (SVE) as a required clinical competency
    • Float to postpartum as needed to support unit staffing needs
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including delivering providers, CRNAs, surgical techs, CNAs, and health unit coordinators available 24/7
    • Participate in weekend shifts and commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
    • Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
    • Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Relias Fetal Monitoring
    • Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
    • Must commit to all RTO requests being submitted upfront at time of submittal — post-offer RTO may not be granted
    • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a facility performing 200 or more deliveries per year
    • Candidates with experience in facilities performing 100–200 deliveries will be considered on a case-by-case basis
    • Familiarity with high-risk perinatal and antepartum patient populations
    • Prior experience working in a Level II or Level III perinatal unit
