Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, OB Triage, Antepartum, and Normal Newborn settings
• Assist with and circulate for vaginal and cesarean deliveries, including OR circulation
• Administer blood and blood products; manage epidural pumps, PCA pumps, and drains
• Administer medications including insulin and magnesium sulfate
• Start adult IVs and perform fetal heart monitoring (FHM)
• Float to other units or sister facilities as needed based on staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in LDRP, L&D, Postpartum, and Newborn care
• Required certifications: AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, NRP
• Proficiency in OR circulation, fetal heart monitoring, and IV insertion
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• Must live within 50 miles of the facility to be considered a local candidate; locals are accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience with high-risk antepartum and high-risk L&D cases
• Experience in couplet care and pre-op/post-op OB settings
