Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout the labor and delivery process
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor, including interpretation of fetal monitoring strips
Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries in collaboration with the obstetric care team
Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered, including oxytocin and epidural support coordination
Educate patients and families on labor progression, delivery expectations, and postpartum care
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire or compact eligibility
Current BLS certification required
Prior experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills
Postpartum nursing experience
Familiarity with high-acuity obstetric situations
