Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to laboring patients throughout all stages of labor and delivery
- Monitor maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring and other assessment tools
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe delivery outcomes
- Administer medications and interventions as ordered, including IV therapy and epidural support coordination
- Educate patients and families on labor progression, delivery expectations, and postpartum care as applicable
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
- Current Labor and Delivery clinical experience
- BLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Postpartum nursing experience is helpful but not required
- Experience with electronic fetal monitoring and high-acuity labor patients
- Familiarity with mother-baby couplet care
