    Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Nights)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Projected Start: July 20, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to laboring, antepartum, and EDOB patients on a 26-bed Labor & Delivery unit
    • Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 for antepartum patients and 1:1 or 1:2 for actively laboring patients
    • Assist with and support procedures including cesarean sections and cerclages
    • Operate Alaris infusion pumps and document accurately within Meditech and CPN charting systems
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses and Operating Room Technicians (ORT)
    • Work autonomously and adapt flexibly to unit needs during night shift operations
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 1 year of current acute care Labor & Delivery RN experience (2 years preferred)
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current ACLS certification
    • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
    • AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification or Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) certification
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Mother-baby or couplet care experience
    • Antepartum and/or high-risk Labor & Delivery experience
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic unit environment
