Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care within an LDRP unit encompassing OB triage, outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery
Apply the nursing process to patient care within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
Educate patients, significant others, and support persons on relevant care topics
Accurately document all patient care activities in the electronic health record
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience with current fetal heart monitoring
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Active Oregon RN license or willingness to obtain prior to start
Completed skills checklist within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with OBIX fetal surveillance system and EPIC electronic health record
EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) and STABLE certifications
