Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit throughout the night shift
- Monitor and assess patients during labor, delivery, and recovery phases
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility holiday scheduling requirements, including 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NBSTA certification preferred
- NCCT certification preferred
