Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Labor & Delivery unit supporting approximately 2,600 births per year
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered maternity care in alignment with unit standards and best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support low intervention birth outcomes and maintain a below-average cesarean section rate
• Accurately document patient care and clinical assessments using Epic EMR
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Candidates must have been separated from the affiliated health system for at least 6 months prior to placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience in a high-volume Labor & Delivery setting
