Key Responsibilities
- Perform triage assessments for obstetric patients upon arrival
- Circulate in the Labor and Delivery unit to support patient care needs
- Provide post-operative recovery care in the PACU setting
- Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in maternal-fetal condition
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Must reside 80 or more miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-volume Labor and Delivery setting
- Experience with both circulating and PACU recovery roles in an obstetric environment
