Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Rotation | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive intrapartum care for laboring patients through labor and birth
- Deliver prenatal evaluation and assessment of mother and fetus
- Provide intraoperative and recovery care for operative deliveries, including comfort in the OR setting
- Deliver postpartum care and maternal/newborn couplet dyad care for well babies
- Support special care needs for premature newborns and those requiring a higher level of care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification – American Heart Association (AHA) required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- Flu vaccine required during onboarding (declinations not accepted)
- Must have been separated from BILH (permanent, per diem, or contract) for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills
- 3–5+ years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred
- Comfort and experience in an OR setting preferred
