Contract | Nights | 36 hours/week | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Third Weekend
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP)
Monitor and assess laboring patients, including fetal heart rate monitoring and interpretation
Support and assist with deliveries, including management of complications as they arise
Deliver postpartum and mother-baby care following delivery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and newborns
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Current C-EFM (Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an LDRP or combined labor, delivery, and mother-baby unit
Familiarity with high-acuity obstetric and newborn care settings
