    Job Title

    Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery, Nights

    Location

    Bentonville, AR | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit throughout the night shift
    • Monitor and assess fetal status using continuous electronic fetal monitoring
    • Support antepartum and postpartum patients as needed
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective maternal and newborn outcomes
    • Respond to obstetric emergencies in accordance with established protocols and ACLS/NRP guidelines
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license (must be valid for the state of Arkansas)
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
    • Fetal Monitoring certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience, including postpartum and antepartum experience
    • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a high-volume Labor & Delivery unit
    • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems in a hospital setting
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in obstetric care
