Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Antepartum unit, utilizing Labor and Delivery RN skill set
- Perform and interpret non-stress tests and manage hyperemesis cases
- Administer and monitor magnesium, heparin drips, and insulin drips
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech and CPN electronic medical record systems
- Collaborate within a team-based unit structure, including charge nurses and fellow RNs, with patient ratios of 3:1 or 4:1 (occasionally 2:1 based on acuity)
- Rotate weekend shifts as required; no on-call obligations
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- AWHONN certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous Labor and Delivery or Antepartum nursing experience strongly preferred
- Strong teamwork orientation and effective communication skills
- Familiarity with Meditech and/or CPN EMR platforms
