    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (12-Hour Days)

    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | No Call Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive Labor and Delivery care including cervical exams, antepartum monitoring, labor support, amnio infusions, epidural assistance, IV management, and Pitocin administration
    • Perform fetal monitoring and interpret findings throughout the course of patient care
    • Circulate C-sections and participate in baby catching/receiving as required
    • Conduct APGAR scoring and provide breastfeeding education and support
    • Deliver post-partum care covering all aspects from transition through discharge for both mother and baby
    • Occasionally assist with scrub duties during sick call coverage as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
    • Fetal Monitoring certification required
    • Demonstrated ability to circulate C-sections and perform baby catching/receiving
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR strongly preferred
    • Comfort with all aspects of post-partum care from transition to discharge for mother and baby
    • Scrub experience is a plus
    • Multilingual candidates (Russian and/or Spanish) are preferred given the patient population served
