Contract | 13 Weeks | 12-Hour Day/PM Rotating Shifts | Every Third Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, including LDRP, post-partum, and triage rooms
- Float to med-surg department as needed based on Birth Center census
- Float to other regional locations as requested
- Participate in on-call rotation during low census periods; call-back minimum is 2 hours
- Adhere to facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined
Required Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN License
- BLS Certification required (AHA or ARC only)
- NRP Certification required (AHA or ARC only)
- Minimum 2 years of OB experience with Labor and Delivery required
- Demonstrated Labor and Delivery competency
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- EPIC charting experience highly preferred
- Experience working in variable-census, low-volume delivery settings
