    Travel RN – LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: September 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit, including induction, vaginal delivery, C-section, D&C, cerclage, versions, and bilateral tubal ligation
    • Perform triage, non-stress testing (NST), OB injections, outpatient infusions, and IUFD care
    • Operate and monitor GE fetal monitors, Panda warmers, IUPC, Kiwi vacuum, and Koala IUPC equipment
    • Document patient care accurately using Epic and CPN Connect EMR systems
    • Fulfill on-call requirements of 2 shifts per four-week schedule and weekend requirements as staffing demands
    • Float to the Mother-Baby unit as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active, permanent Alaska RN license required at time of submission
    • Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
    • OR circulator experience required
    • Current AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or NCC-EFM certification
    • Current NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Ability to perform sterile vaginal exams (SVE) and place IUPC and FSE
    • Experience as a stork nurse and transitioning newborns at delivery
    • Flexible, positive, and adaptable personality with strong team-player mentality and willingness to mentor
