Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care across Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, and Postpartum units during night shift hours
Participate in on-call coverage, with 6–8 call shifts per 6-week schedule
Collaborate with the OB team to deliver safe, high-quality maternal and newborn care
Adhere to unit protocols and scheduling expectations, with shifts not to exceed 4 per week unless mutually agreed upon with the OB Manager
Required Qualifications
Current Montana RN license or a qualifying compact state license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, and Postpartum nursing
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Intermediate AWHONN certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a community or critical access hospital setting
Demonstrated ability to manage a flexible schedule including call shifts and variable weekends
