Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting throughout the duration of the assignment
• Monitor fetal status and maternal well-being using electronic fetal monitoring techniques
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and support patients through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• Float to Mother Baby unit to care for newborns when Labor and Delivery census is low
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Active Driver's License required for submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• STABLE Program certification
• Experience providing care in a Mother Baby or postpartum setting
• Familiarity with high-acuity Labor and Delivery environments
