Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting throughout all phases of the birthing process
- Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
- Float to Mother Baby unit to care for newborns when Labor and Delivery census is low
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
- Active Driver's License required for submission
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Mother Baby or postpartum care settings
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying census levels and float assignments
