Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to laboring and delivering patients in a Labor and Delivery unit
- Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout the labor and delivery process
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Float to Mother Baby unit to care for newborns when Labor and Delivery census is low
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
- Active Driver's License required for submission
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Mother Baby or postpartum care
- Ability to adapt to varying census levels and float to related units as needed
