Key Responsibilities
Float between multiple hospital facilities to support staffing needs across the region, with a primary site prioritized for most of the contract
Provide labor management and delivery care, including fetal monitoring throughout the labor process
Deliver postpartum care for both mother and newborn
Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
Travel to multiple points of care using a personal vehicle as required by assignment
Adapt to varying schedules, which may include primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements
Required Qualifications
Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
Healthcare Provider BLS (AHA) required
AHA ACLS required
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required
NIHSS certification required
Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care
Epic proficiency required
Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (per CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing)
Must have access to a personal vehicle and be willing to travel to multiple care sites
Preferred Experience / Skills
Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred
STABLE Program certification preferred
Experience working in a float pool or multi-facility environment
