Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting with a patient ratio of 1:2
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system
- Adhere to weekend requirements, including every 3rd weekend (Friday/Saturday nights)
- Fulfill holiday obligations, covering at least one of the following: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
- Complete orientation modules as assigned during the onboarding period
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license required at time of submission
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
- AWHONN Intermediate or Beginner certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- PA Fingerprints (Childline) required; must be completed within 1 week of contract signing
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Epic electronic health records system
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a high-acuity Labor and Delivery environment
