TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Dickson, Tennessee, 37055!

Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery / Women's Services RN – Tennessee

Start Date: July 27, 2026

Duration: 8 weeks

Location: Dickson, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time, 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays. 48-hour weekly guarantee with no overtime until after 48 hours worked.

Highlights:
  • LDRP unit providing comprehensive care for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum with 9-bed LDRP, 1-bed OBED, 4-bed Level II NICU, and 1 OR suite
  • Patient ratios: 1:1 for active labors, inductions, C-sections, and newborns until stable; 1:3 for couplet care and intermediate NICU patients
  • Facility holds Joint Commission accreditation, designated Stroke Center, Level II Trauma, and Level II NICU certifications
  • Documentation systems include Meditech and CPN central monitoring with tele-med technology
  • Equipment includes CPN central monitoring, IV pumps, infant warmers, bili-blankets, and PCA pumps
  • No dedicated unit secretaries or techs; team-based support model
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in Tennessee (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Current BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
  • Labor and delivery experience required, including labor management, maternal recovery, newborn receiving, transitioning, and assessment
  • Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies strongly preferred
  • Advanced skills in fetal monitoring, inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil), and experience with C-sections, circumcisions, intrauterine monitoring, and vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries
  • Ability to float within facility as needed
  • Adherence to unit dress code (pink and/or brown scrubs per infant security policy)
