Description:
The Nurse House Supervisor provides oversight and leadership within the nursing team.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
Five or more years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery is preferred.
One year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two years is required.
High-risk obstetrics experience is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
The position involves coordinating nursing activities and ensuring quality patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team is necessary.
