Knowledge of low-risk antepartum care and transition nursery is essential. The staffing ratio is 1:1-3, and floating to postpartum or NICU may be required based on skill set. Candidates are expected to float between nearby facilities as needed. Travelers’ refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. References are required to verify recent experience.
