Schedule: 8-hour shifts

- Leadership role overseeing a well-established Labor & Delivery and Mother/Baby unit
- Collaborative team environment with 14 RNs, 3 LPNs, and 2 Nurse Techs
- Unit features 3 Labor Suites and 7 Mother/Baby rooms

- Stable unit supporting family-centered care in the community
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Oklahoma or ability to obtain
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a staff RN
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Director or leadership role
- Current certifications: Fetal Heart Monitoring, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), ACLS, and BLS
- Stable NRP certification required
