Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced L&D Director for a travel assignment in Elk City, OK. As a key leader in the Labor and Delivery Department, you will oversee a unit comprising 3 labor suites and 7 mother/baby rooms. This role offers a dynamic work environment within a supportive team of 14 RNs, 3 LPNs, and 2 Nurse Techs.

Key Responsibilities of the L&D Director - RN

• Lead and manage the Labor and Delivery team effectively
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
• Oversee daily operations of labor suites and mother/baby rooms
• Collaborate with medical staff for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the L&D Director - RN

• Fetal heart monitoring Stable certification
• NRP certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of 5 years as a staff RN in labor and delivery
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Director
