Description:
The position requires a Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery.
This role involves caring for patients during labor and delivery processes.
Nurses are expected to assist with various procedures and provide support to parents.
The unit operates with a patient ratio of 1:2.
Floating within the women's and infants unit is required based on the facility's needs.
All applicants must be comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends.
Certified personnel must be able to demonstrate specific skills in maternal and newborn care.
Travelers may be required to float within the metropolitan region as per facility needs.
Additional requirements include the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of patient care.
Candidates must complete facility-specific modules within the first week of assignment.
This position demands effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
