Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting during night shift hours
Circulate and recover C-Section patients in accordance with unit protocols
Float to the Postpartum department as needed to support unit staffing
Monitor fetal well-being using electronic fetal monitoring equipment and interpret findings appropriately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in California
Fetal Monitoring Certification required
EPIC electronic health record experience required
Demonstrated ability to circulate and recover C-Section patients
Ability to float to the Postpartum department as assigned
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience caring for newborns during the postoperative recovery period
Prior travel or contract nursing experience in a Labor & Delivery setting
