**Exciting Opportunity for LDRP RN - Join Our Dynamic Labor & Delivery Team!**
- We are seeking an **experienced Labor & Delivery RN** to become a vital part of our bustling obstetrics department.
- Provide **high-quality care** for women and their newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Care for **laboring patients**, postpartum mothers, and newborns.
- Perform **triage** and **non-stress tests (NSTs)**.
- Serve as the **2nd nurse** at deliveries and manage overflow patients.
- Collaborate with **physicians**, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure **excellent, patient-centered care**.
- Support patients experiencing **complications** during pregnancy, birth, or recovery.
- Occasionally float to **Med/Surg**, **CCU**, or **ER** to assist when needed.

- Work in a **fast-paced environment** dedicated to caring for women and newborn infants after childbirth.
- Play a **critical role** in guiding patients through their childbirth and postpartum journey.
- Engage in a **team-oriented setting** with strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Contribute to a **Critical Access Hospital** committed to community-focused care.
**Requirements:**
- Must be **labor-trained**.
- Certifications: **NRP**, **STABLE**, and **Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or above)**.
- Willing to be placed **on-call** by OB manager up to **3 times per 13-week contract** if needed.
