Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery – Kansas

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts with self-scheduling available. Patient ratios: 1:1 high-risk labor and cesarean sections; 1:2 antepartum, PPROM, preterm labor on magnesium, postpartum on magnesium; 1:3 postpartum magnesium without baby, outpatients.

  • Team nursing approach with highly tenured staff (many with 20-40 years of experience)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of current hospital Labor & Delivery RN experience required
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certifications required
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Experience circulating cesarean sections preferred
  • High-risk Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with procedures including cesarean sections, inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, and Doppler
