Rates will return to standard amounts after the seasonal period. Canceling due to a rate change after signature will result in a system Do Not Return status. Ratios are 1:2 for patient care. First-timers are accepted. There is no weekend requirement. On-call status is not required. Candidates may be expected to float between similar units. RTO must be included during submission. Facility has the capacity to call off staff once per two-week pay period. Facility type is an acute care hospital with a total of 377 staffed beds. Scrub colors are flexible and provided for labor and delivery as well as the operating room. Charting system utilized is Epic. Daily census averages around 12 patients. The unit has 10 rooms available for patient care. Interdisciplinary support is available from various services such as physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. The candidate should be adaptable and willing to collaborate with various healthcare professionals. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Providers will receive communication devices as needed to perform their duties at no cost. If devices are not provided, reimbursement will be available for work-related phone use.
