**Job Description:**

- Manage the progression of labor, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.
- Assist with deliveries, demonstrating your clinical expertise when it matters most.
- Respond swiftly to obstetric emergencies, showcasing your strong clinical judgment.
- Provide essential emotional support to patients and families, guiding them through the birthing experience.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and performing cervical exams within your scope.
- Interpreting fetal monitoring strips to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Preparing patients for operative deliveries, fostering a supportive environment.
- Offering valuable postpartum education to new mothers and families.

- **Qualifications:**
- Must have a current Montana RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
- Required certifications: NRP, STABLE, BLS, ACLS, PALS.
- **Shift Details:**
- 3 night shifts of 12 hours each.
- Flexibility for holiday coverage is appreciated.
