Job Summary

Join a dedicated Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) team in Albany, Oregon. This role focuses on providing comprehensive, family-centered care to expectant mothers, new mothers, and newborns within a medically safe environment.

The LDRP unit is equipped to handle all phases of the birthing process, from labor and delivery through recovery and postpartum care. Additionally, the team is trained in GYN surgical care, and this specific facility also provides pediatric care.

As an LDRP Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of a highly trained medical staff, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and a supportive experience for families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases.
  • Administer comprehensive newborn care.
  • Assist with the care of GYN surgical patients.
  • Participate in the care of pediatric patients as needed.
  • Maintain a family-centered and medically safe environment for all patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
  • Current unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oregon (required upon submission).
  • Healthcare Provider Level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA).
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • STABLE certification.
