Description:
The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required, and a compact license is accepted.
Current certifications required include BLS-AHA, ACLS-AHA, CERT-FHM, and NRP-AHA.
Experience in high-risk and OB Triage is necessary.
Candidates must be comfortable with couplet care.
High-volume experience is essential, with cases averaging 350 births per month.
Intermediate fetal heart monitoring skills or higher are required.
NCC_EFM certification is also accepted.
Familiarity with EPIC is preferred.
Time off must be approved at the time of the offer.
Mandatory call is not required, but staff may be put on call up to 3 times during the contract.
Candidates are expected to respond within a 45-minute window if called.
