Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery, with floating responsibilities across OB (Postpartum, Well-Baby Nursery) and Med/Surg units as needed
  • Function as a multifaceted RN within a 25-bed critical access facility, adapting to varied patient care needs across departments
  • Utilize Cerner for all clinical documentation and charting
  • Participate in orientation, which is conducted on Tuesdays only
  • Adhere to facility dress code: solid navy scrubs preferred; solid color scrubs required
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS certification (AHA) required
  • ACLS certification (AHA) required
  • PALS (AHA or ENPC) required
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required
  • Prior travel nursing experience required
  • Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are welcome to apply; please note that local candidates may be subject to adjusted compensation terms
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • TNCC certification preferred
  • NIHSS, CPI, and/or SANE certifications preferred
  • Experience in a critical access or small rural hospital setting
  • Comfort and flexibility working across multiple units including OB and Med/Surg
