Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Labor & Delivery unit in accordance with California Title 22 staffing ratios
• Assist with and support deliveries, cesarean sections, and other L&D OR-related cases
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, unit clerks, scrub techs, and fellow RNs based on patient census
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech/CPN EMR
• Participate in rotating weekend assignments per collective bargaining agreement

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN License required
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience; 4+ years strongly preferred
• Current, updated resume required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 4 or more years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Familiarity with Meditech or CPN electronic medical record systems
• Experience with C-section and L&D OR-related procedures
