Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery- Care for pregnant and high-risk OB patients, including those undergoing vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Circulate in the OR for cesarean sections and manage PACU recovery
- Administer and monitor Magnesium and Insulin drips; manage Pitocin administration
- Ensure adherence to AWHONN guidelines for patient ratios and care
Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery- Active IL license or confirmation of application initiation
- BLS, NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
