**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Birth
- **Location:** Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City
- **Shift:** Nights, 3x12, 1900-0700
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 15 labor beds, 7 ante, and 4 pre/post
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 or 2:1 (estimates, not guarantees)
- **Equipment:** External fetal monitoring
- **EMR System:** EPIC
- **Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care for laboring patients.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure positive birth experiences.
- Support postpartum and antepartum patients as needed.
- **Requirements:**
- **Certifications:** BLS, C-EFM, NRP
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in labor and delivery at a hospital with 350-400 deliveries monthly.
- **Preferred Skills:** ACLS, PALS
- **Dress Code:**
