Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized, patient-centered nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period
- Manage an 8-bed Labor & Delivery unit with a 1:1 ratio for active labor patients and a 1:2-3 ratio for Mother Baby
- Support a wide range of birthing options, including natural childbirth and epidural anesthesia, with 24-hour coverage
- Perform continuous fetal monitoring and respond appropriately to findings
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe, high-quality obstetric care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery / OB experience required
- Fetal monitoring experience required
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification - must be current and in hand at time of submission
- Active AWHONN certification - must be current and in hand at time of submission
- Active NRP certification - must be current and in hand at time of submission
- Labor & Delivery skills checklist completed within the past year required
- One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
- STABLE certification highly preferred
