Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting during night shift hours
Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor using continuous fetal monitoring
Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, supporting physicians and midwives as needed
Assess and manage obstetric emergencies in accordance with clinical protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and newborns
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
Fetal monitoring competency required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a Labor & Delivery unit
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity obstetric environment
Strong critical thinking and communication skills in emergency situations
