**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Birth Center RN!**
**Job Description:**
- Are you passionate about maternal and newborn care?
- Do you have a knack for making each patient's experience extraordinary?

**Key Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of Labor and Delivery (LD) experience required
- Recent acute care hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred
- Active Oregon State RN License required
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications needed
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- National Certification in Lactation or Perinatal preferred
**Essential Skills:**
- Management and care of postpartum, GYN, surgical, or medical overflow patients
- Proficient in managing and caring for newborns
- Expertise in assisting with breastfeeding and infant nutrition
- Capable of resuscitating neonates per NRP standards
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
**Work Environment:**
- Variable shifts available
- Holiday coverage required
