- **Location:** Asheville, NC
- **Unit:** Labor and Delivery (707)
- **Number of Beds:** 16
- **Staff Size:** 120
**Team Composition:**
- Day Shift: Charge nurse, PCT, CST, RN
- Night Shift: Charge nurse, PCT, CST, RN
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:1, 1:2
**Equipment Used:**
- Baxter Pumps
- Phillips electronic fetal monitoring
- EMR: Cerner, Fetal ink
**Required Skills:**
- **Must Have:**
- 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
- High-risk experience
- Immediate newborn care expertise
- **Preferred:**
- Circulating experience
**Procedures Performed:**
- Vaginal Deliveries
- Cesarean Sections
- D&C
- Cerclage
- C-Hyst
**Ideal Personality Fit:**
- Outgoing and friendly
- Adaptable and quick-thinking
**Certifications Required:**
- NRP
- BLS/ALS
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring
**Floating Area(s):**
- MFMU/MOMB/NICU
**Dress Code:**
- Scrubs provided
**Weekends and On-call:**
- Not required; available upon approval
