Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred
- Current Registration and Licensure in the State of Iowa as a Registered Nurse in good standing with the Board of Nursing
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification (or obtained within three months of hire)
- Current ACLS certification per organizational guidelines
- Nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Strong communication skills, empathetic listening abilities, and collaborative teamwork approach
- Basic computer knowledge and technical competency
