Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Pennsylvania
Start Date: November 2, 2026
Location: Pennsylvania

Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Highlights:
- High-volume regional transfer center with approximately 5,000 deliveries annually (12-15 deliveries per day)
- 21 Labor & Delivery beds, 8-bed triage unit, 3 ORs on the floor, and 3-bay PACU
- Level 3 NICU support for high-risk deliveries and complex cases
- Patient ratio: 1:2 ensuring quality patient care
- Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support teams
- 13-week assignment with no floating required; block scheduling may be considered
- Weekend requirement: Every 3rd weekend (Friday/Saturday); no on-call requirements
- Holiday requirement: At least 1 holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day)
- Scrubs provided
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (or multi-state compact license)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Current certifications: NRP, ACLS, and BLS
- AWHONN Intermediate or Beginner certification required
- Experience with patient ratio of 1:2
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Valid professional references required
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Pennsylvania fingerprinting and childline clearance required
- Ability to complete required compliance within designated timeframes
